Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays Friends!

I just wanted to wish everyone a great holiday vacation! I am enjoying my hubby and kids being home for the next 1o days and just finally getting to chill out and relax after a very busy month.

I am busy working on some CHA projects so I don't have much that I can share right now...but I did do this card using the December kit from I AM A Scrapaholic.

And a few details...

Thanks so much for stopping by and hope you are enjoying this holiday as much as I am!

Holiday Projects!

Tis the season for Christmas project so I have several to share. I had a ton of fun making this snow banner using the December Kit from I AM A Scrapaholic. I created this banner to hang on my fireplace. I used a heat gun to emboss "snow" on the edges and heated it just enough to curl the edges and create a mitten shape.

I used Shimmerz on the alphabet and then added Stickles polka dots. I used lots of glitter and bling on this project to give it some major holiday shimmer. This also gave me a chance to pull out some fibers that have been in my stash for years!

The papers in the kit are perfect for this kind of project and just happened to match my family room decor perfectly!

This year I am all about altering tins as gifts so here is another one. I made this using mostly Pebbles Inc. goodies!

I am loving working with the North Pole Nights collection by Nikki Sivils, Scrapbooker.

These non-traditional colors are so much fun for my Christmas projects!

I dressed up the alphabet by adding a few jewels to the letters.

In this layout I cut the tree and gifts from the pattern paper and added both Stickles and Liquid Pearls to the tree for a little more punch!

The holidays are all about saying "Thank you" for the kindness people have shown to us. I made this bag and matching tag using Pebbles Little Buddy line. My Mom was recently sick and in the hospital for about 10 days. She developed a Staff infection at the site of her last breast cancer site and it was quite a scary time. She ended up needing surgery and there were so many people that helped her and I out that I think I may need to make a dozen of these for all the wonderful help they gave us.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs friends!
