My favorite MAA Album...the pink ribbon album

Yes, I am finally back to the blogging world. After a little break my hand is so much better. As usual I have lots to share. It makes me smile because everyone always comments how I put so much in a post but when you post as often as I do...not so much then you can really pack a post full of stuff. It does not hurt that I am an insomniac...I don't sleep much. Wish I could but there are nights that 3 hours is all my body will let me sleep so I make that time productive by scrapping or over the last few days working on the school yearbook, nightmare!

Well here it is! This quickly became my favorite MAA album of all time! My Mom is a Breast Cancer survivor...twice! We even just had another scare but thank goodness the doctors were wrong and it was a non-malignant tumor. As soon as I saw this album I had to make it for her as a gift! I took lots of pictures of her at her horse farm the day of her horse show. I even got some pictures of grand kids riding her horses and packed this album with as much pink as possible! If you click on the picture you can see the larger image. I put a ton of time and detail into this and I am so happy with the result.

I was the guest designer this month at I AM A Scrapaholic and had a great time working with the kit packed full of goodies and SEI ALpine Frost. Here area few of my designs:

And be sure to check the sketch this week at Sketches! {by tamara}, it is a 2 page layout and I had not done one in years.

Layouts Galore

Thanks you so much for all your well wishes reguarding my carpal tunnel, it is finally starting to feel better. I am wearing my brace most of the time especially when I sleep and that has helped a ton.

Halloween was this week and although I have way to much candy left over, which is never a good thing. I wanted to show you the boys in their cosumes. They will not wear homemade costumes anymore so this year they were a gangster and Indiana Jones.

Now for more fun stuff! I could not resist myself, I came across the October kit at Label Tulip and just had to have it. I created these 3 layouts from it.

I will be a guest designer this month for I AM A Scrapaholic. You would not believe all the product you get in these kits...be sure to check it out. They offer several kits, a great community and lots of fun.

I created this LO using a sketch from
Coordinates Collections. They offer tons of challenges and sketches so if you are looking to play that is the place to go. I am going to be guest designing there for the month of December, what fun!

This month at Treasures to Scrap our DT sponsor was SEI! I just love this Poppy line and created these LO's with it.

This weeks sketch from Sketches! {by tamara} is another great one.
Here is the sketch.

Here is my layout using it.

Last by not least I want to share with you this amazing album from My Acrylic Album. I purchased this as a birthday gift for my mom and soon hope to show you the final product.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Scrapping!
